Patrick is a senior associate with significant experience in Côte d’Ivoire and the OHADA region. His practice focuses on finance (project finance, corporate finance, structured finance), capital markets and corporate transactions (private equity, M&A, corporate restructuring, etc.) and covers a broad range of sectors, including real estate, energy, banking and fintech, infrastructure and technology.
Patrick regularly advises development finance institutions (DFIs), investment funds, commercial companies, governments and State-owned companies in their transactions in Côte d’Ivoire, and in Central and West African countries.
