He has more than 10 years’ experience advising listed and non-listed French and foreign companies and their management on their corporate crisis.

His skill further extends to criminal law litigation and white-collar crime, where he assists and represents clients in the course of judicial investigations and before French courts. In addition to his practice, Emmanuel assists clients in the framework of arbitral proceedings and arbitration-related matters such as annulment proceedings.
