Benoit has over fifteen years of experience in the international banking and finance industry, and has worked in both Europe and in Africa. He has extensive experience, particulary in West Africa capital markets and banking regulation and under OHADA law. He regularly advises on structuring project finance and corporate finance cross-border transactions while leveraging sophisticated financing mechanisms. His combined experience of working in-house at the African Development Bank, and The International Fund for Agriculture Development, in leading international business law firms gives him unique insight into understanding the inner workings of banks and multilateral development institutions.
