He assists our clients at every stage of their transactions, from the due diligence phase to the negotiation and conclusion of share and asset sale agreements and shareholder agreements.
His perspective of M&A and private equity transactions was recently enhanced by specific training in corporate finance, in addition to significant work experience at an investment bank and an investment fund.
