Christy is specialized in private equity and M&A transactions. He focuses mainly on acquirers or targets, or on deals involving either public or private companies. His work however includes working broadly across many types of transactions in the M&A sector.
Prior to joining ASAFO & CO. in 2021, Christy gained experience in leading US law firms where he practiced in corporate law, M&A and private equity.
