Louis is a commercially minded lawyer with broad expertise spanning corporate and commercial law, banking and finance, and regulatory matters, advising clients in the UK and internationally across the energy, infrastructure and asset management sectors. He is known for his ability to navigate complex legal and financial challenges at every stage of a project’s growth cycle — from structuring innovative solutions through to dispute resolution.
Louis has in-depth experience in the nuclear sector, most recently as General Counsel of Terrestrial Energy, a next-generation nuclear energy company, where he advised on financing instruments, corporate structure and the full range of cross-border legal issues involved in building a mission-driven energy business.
Earlier in his career, Louis held senior roles at the Royal Bank of Canada in London and served as a Director of Argo Real Estate Opportunities Fund, where he advised on fund structure and the acquisition and management of retail assets across Central and Eastern Europe.
