His practice covers a wide range of sectors, including roads, railways, airports and ports, agriculture, renewables, conventional power and oil & gas, as well as energy & infrastructure.
With more than 22 years of experience, Yacouba has represented project finance clients, including major African and International development banks, commercial lenders and sponsor groups.
Selected experience:
- Advising the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) on the analysis of Ordinance No. 2024-368, dated June 12, 2024, regarding the organization of civil society in Côte d’Ivoire. Comprehensive review of legal provisions and impact assessment.
- Advising DYVA GROUP in connection with the development, construction and operation of an all-inclusive holiday village in the town of Dabou in Côte d’Ivoire, and in particular legal assistance in all phases of the project up to the commissioning phase of the project.
- Advising Saranour Solaire for the development and financing of a photovoltaic power plant in Côte d’Ivoire.
- Advised Finance in Motion in connection with the financing in senior debt without provision of security or guarantee by the SANAD fund for the benefit of the company NSIA Banque CI.
