Perrine Delandre joined Asafo & Co. as a Partner in March 2026, specializing in project development, public contracts, and public-private partnerships across sub-Saharan Africa. She advises public authorities, investors, developers, and industrial clients—both local and international—on the structuring and implementation of infrastructure and development projects in the energy, real estate, hospitality, tourism, and broader infrastructure sectors, from inception through to operation.
Before joining Stork Avocats in 2023, Perrine spent ten years at Gide Loyrette Nouel, first as an associate and later as counsel in the Banking & Finance and Projects departments. She advised French and international banking consortia, sponsors, and borrowers on the structuring and financing of domestic and international projects, with a particular focus on transactions across sub-Saharan Africa.
As part of a notable secondment, Perrine worked for one year within the Prime Minister’s Office of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire, advising His Excellency Prime Minister Patrick Achi on strategic initiatives and sectoral reforms.
In 2020, Perrine was involved in the launch of A New ROAD (A New Round-Table On African Debts), a think tank dedicated to public debt issues in Africa. The initiative brings together policymakers, financial institutions, commercial banks, private sector leaders, and international legal and financial experts to develop innovative approaches to debt sustainability and investment promotion across the continent.
