Asafo & Co. advised LBOF Securities International, which is controlled by LBO France Gestion, a multi-specialist investment platform founded in 1985. Over the years, LBO France Gestion has become an important investment platform developing its business in France and Italy, and more recently in Africa.
The partenership with LBOF Securities International will allow CGF Bourse to strengthen its leading position in the WAEMU zone and accelerate new growth prospects on the continent and internationally.
