General Provisions

By using the website (hereinafter the “Site”) of ASAFO & CO., an association d’avocats à responsabilité professionnelle individuelle (AARPI) located 63, avenue des Champs-Elysées, 75008 Paris, France (hereinafter the “Firm”), you agree to the collection and use of your personal data (hereinafter the “Personal Data” or “Data”) in the manner described in this privacy policy (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”). In case of modification or update, the revised Privacy Policy will be posted on the Site with mention of the latest update date. You shall therefore periodically check the Site to stay informed of any changes or updates to the Firm Privacy Policy.

Your Personal Data collected from the Site is processed by the Firm as the controller.
The Firm is very concerned about the respect of your private life and the confidentiality of your Personal Data. In accordance with applicable laws, you have the right of access and rectification, which allows you to rectify, complete, update or delete your Personal Data that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, as well as rights to request the restriction of the processing, and objection for legitimate reasons to the processing of your Personal Data.
You can also at any time and at your discretion, withdraw consent to the processing of your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes.

Data recipients

The Data collected is reserved for the exclusive use of the Firm and cannot be communicated to third parties, with the exception of the subcontractors of the Firm as well as the other firms belonging to the ASAFO & CO. network located outside the European Union and of which a list is available on the Firm’s website at: [insert the link to the page listing the partner firms and their addresses]. In this context, transfers of Personal Data are governed by a data transfer contract based on the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission.
