The establishment of an affiliate office is the first step in the firm’s strategy to grow practices in the U.K. that complement Asafo & Co.’s capabilities on the ground in Africa.  The team will provide legal services to international clients with business activities in Africa, particularly in the sectors of banking and finance, asset management, infrastructure development, oil and gas, energy and renewables, mining and natural resources. Clients will benefit from the team’s full range of practice areas, including corporate/commercial, private equity, capital markets, corporate finance, structured products and derivatives, project finance, financial services regulatory, real estate, restructuring and insolvency, and dispute resolution.
