Asafo & Co. advised Holged Group, a leader in primary and secondary education in Morocco and Tunisia, in its acquisition of Al Massalik, a top bi-lingual education school in Casablanca.
This merger will give Al Massalik the opportunity to draw on the expertise of a major player with nearly four decades of experience and consolidate its position in market. It will also enable Holged to strengthen its range of educational services in Morocco by adding to its existing top tier schools (Al Jabr, Al Jabr International School and Yassamine, in particular) an institution that is firmly established as one of the preeminent educational providers in the Casablanca region.
