Asafo & Co. has advised Akdital, Morocco’s leading private healthcare group, on three landmark transactions establishing its hospital platform in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in line with its international roadmap and in support of the healthcare objectives of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030:

1. the lease and management take-over of the Abdul Rahman Al Mishari Hospital in Riyadh, the group’s first hospital in the Kingdom, rebranded Akdital Hospitals | Al Olaya;
2. the acquisition of Al Bishri Hospital in Makkah, rebranded Akdital Hospitals | Makkah; and
3. the fit-out, equipping and management agreement for the Aladwani Hospital in Jeddah, expected to open in the first quarter of 2027.
