Founded in the early 2000s and headquartered in Mauritius, the group operates scalable delivery hubs in Mauritius, Madagascar, and France, and has recently established a subsidiary in Kenya.
The investment will accelerate the deployment of Spoon Consulting’s proprietary AI assets and roadmap, support targeted build-up acquisitions, and expand the group’s footprint across Africa and the broader EMEA region. It will also strengthen Africa’s cloud and AI talent base by creating more skilled technology jobs across Spoon’s delivery hubs.
