Adrien advises on the structuring, negotiation and development of complex projects in the mining, critical minerals and infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining Asafo & Co., he gained significant experience at Norton Rose Fulbright, as well as serving as in-house counsel with a mining group.

Max advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint venture transactions. He has developed substantial experience across numerous African jurisdictions, advising industrial groups, investment funds and financial institutions. Prior to joining Asafo & Co., he was an associate at Allen & Overy and Linklaters.

Since joining the Firm, both Adrien and Max have made valuable contributions to client matters and to the continued growth of the Firm.
